Steve: I went to Daisy Care Massage to have a relaxing massage. I told Daisy that I had experienced problems with my sleep for a few months in that it was taking me several hours to get to sleep once I got to bed, and awoke often during the night. I had previously tried various medications (both pharmaceutical and natural) and had even given various meditation techniques a try to help my sleep but nothing had be of much assistance.
Daisy suggested a therapeutic massage to not only help me feel relaxed, but also to help with my sleeping problems. I had a 90 minute massage, after which my whole body was feeling immaculate. I was still feeling tired and my eyes were stinging with tiredness … BUT I FELT GREAT.
When I went to bed that night, it took only 10 minutes for me to get to sleep, and except for a few times when I woke up to go to the toilet, I slept soundly and deeply for about 9 hours. This has also been the case for the 3 nights since.
I am very grateful and appreciative to Daisy for not only having the skill and knowledge to tailor a massage to my needs, but also for caring enough to take the time listen and provide a therapeutic massage to improve my health and well-being.
